Once  we have removed the animal from your home or buisness, a health risk usually remains from fecal deposits, urine and damage to the home or business. We provide you an estimate for the repairing and / or replacing of the damaged materials, so the repaired structure is as good as or better than the original building. Insurance may cover some, if not all of this work. We also are experienced to help you with your insurance claim.
Substantial health risk occurs with bats in an attic; the fecal and urine deposits left behind are associated with diseases such as Histoplasmosis.Similar heath risk results from the fecal deposits of raccoons, which are associated with diseases such as raccoon round worm. Both bats and raccoons can cause insulation damage. We use a 6-inch hose vacuuming systems. Damaged attic insulation and fecal deposits are removed.

Disinfectant, deodorizers and parasitic organism treatment programs are applied. Then, the attic insulation is replaced at a value equal to or greater than the original.

Dead Animal Removal

If you have a dead animal on or in your property or structures, we can remove dead animals, sanitize and deodorize the area. Don’t remove the dead animals yourself, if you are absolutely sure of what they dies from. Dead animals could have expired from a pathogen that is contagious to humans.

If you need help with a cat or dog issue, you need to call the King  County Animal Control Department they can assist you with domestic animal problems. Montgomery County Animal Control does not give assistance for wildlife removal. The King County Animal Control Dept. phone number  on their web site and in the phone book.
Please do not call for a dog or cat problem unless you have a pet and require assistance with dead animal removal.
